Welcome to my Store! I custom make accessories and costumes for individuals, theatre groups, dance groups, schools & universities, companies (large and small) and photographers. Everything is hand crafted in the USA by me and each piece is unique - there are no two items exactly alike. Hopefully any questions you may have are answered below, but if not, please feel free to email me.
I accept PayPal as a method of payment. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay with a credit card. At this time, I do NOT accept personal checks, Lay Away, Money Orders or COD methods of payment.
I try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of payment (often times it's sooner), EXCLUDING Holidays, Sundays and Vacation Leave. If your shipping information is incomplete or if I have questions regarding your selection, payment, address or shipping method, that time may change due to communication needs. Please verify your shipping address when you make your payment. If your parcel will be delivered to a location where no one is available to receive it, please make sure the location is secure (to help prevent theft after delivery).
Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
I automatically combo ship items whenever possible.
If there is an overpayment in estimated shipping fees, I will automatically refund overages (over $1.00) to your account when the order is processed.
I use USPS to ship BOTH locally and Internationally.
A Tracking Number and Insurance is provided with each shipment.

Shop Policies For International Shipping:
At this time, I only ship within North America. This includes the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Import and/or Customs duties, taxes, and/or VAT charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a 'gift' in order to avoid customs fees.
I WILL NOT ALTER OR FALSIFY CUSTOMS FORMS, SO PLEASE DON'T ASK

Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
Returns and Exchange Details:
Since most of my items are unique, one-of-a-kind, Vintage or Collectible, I do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds. All sales are final. I list highly detailed information on each item so please make sure to read the full description. I'm happy to answer any questions, help you with measurements or address any concerns you may have before you buy.
Custom Orders cannot be cancelled if materials and/or supplies to complete the order have been ordered, purchased, shipped or otherwise acquired.
I always want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you find that once you receive your item, there is an issue, please contact me for resolution. I will honor each of my items to be 'as described', but I am human and can make honest mistakes.
On rare occasions, accidents can happen. If your item is damaged during shipment, let me know right away. USPS may need photos of the damaged item and all shipping materials (if applicable) before a claim can be filed. In most cases, they will investigate the case (including a possible inspection of the parcel or a police report for stolen items) and if approved, issue a refund within 21 business days. In most cases the damaged item will not need to be returned to me, but may need to be made available to USPS for inspection. Please keep all packaging and damaged items until USPS concludes their investigation.
USPS considers an item 'lost' after a minimum of 30 days after the last scan update. After the allotted time, a case can be opened with USPS.
In most cases, USPS will no longer honor insurance claims on stolen items. It is the responsibility of the recipient to provide a secure location for mail deliveries. A secure location can be inside a garage or lock-box, a neighbor's house, or other location that cannot be accessed by thieves.
QUESTION: Can I combo ship?
ANSWER: You bet! Just drop me a message with your request, the title of each item you wish to purchase AND your zip code BEFORE you pay for your items and I'll RESERVE them in your name with a combo shipping rate applied.

If you purchase more than one item in a transaction and pay duplicate (or excess) shipping fees, I will automatically combo ship your items (whenever possible) and refund the difference when I process the order.
If you purchase more items than will fit into the estimated package size, additional shipping fees may apply.

As long as it's all going to the same address, I'll do my best to keep the shipping as low as possible!
QUESTION: What sizes do you carry? I'm a Special Size, do you have anything for me?
ANSWER: All my items are made individually, one at a time and in unique fabrics. I try to stock items in standard sizes from XS to 4X. Even though the items may be marked 'Small', 'Medium', 'Large', etc. the measurements are also included because the same pattern used on 2 different fabrics can create slightly different final sizes.
Vintage items are not sized the same as modern clothing. Be sure to check the garment's listed measurements to verify the item will fit you before purchasing.
Check all garments measurements against a similar item that you already own to get an idea if something will fit you.
If you need any assistance measuring items, measuring yourself or if you want my opinion on the fit of a garment or how it's supposed to be worn, please feel free to message me. I usually answer messages several times a day and will respond as soon as I am able to.
QUESTION: Do you do Custom Orders? Can you make me something out of my fabric? How long does it take?
ANSWER: I do offer a limited number of Custom Orders for specific needs, sizes and/or garments. If you have a photo or an idea, I can usually make something to fill your need (with exceptions, see below*). I can make items from your patterns, fabrics and supplies, or I can use my own. If I don't have the fabric you are looking for in stock, I can generally order it.
Custom Orders can be turned over quickly (a few days) for a simple item like an ascot or sash, but can take several weeks for a more complicated design. Also, the time of year can impact my turnaround time. My super busy times are usually early summer and early fall through Christmas. If my plate is full, I may decline Custom Orders until I am caught up. I also reserve the right to decline Custom Orders that fall outside my expertise.
QUESTION: *Can you make a copy of a costume from a movie or photoshoot or something I found on another Seller's page or on Pinterest?
ANSWER: I may be able to make something similar, BUT... Please be aware that I will NOT copy another designer's unique work. I can make something in a style reminiscent of the original, with my own fabrics, my own patterns and my own design style. Designers work very hard to create a specific 'look' or 'theme' and I will not steal another's designs, nor will I copy something trademarked, licensed or otherwise without written consent and permission from said designer, photographer, etc. I'd be happy to discuss details via email if you have a specific design or style in mind.
